This female patient underwent facial volume replacement using fat transfer of her own harvested fat and skin tightening and resurfacing using simultaneous individualized carbon dioxide and erbium: YAG laser. She experienced minimum downtime and is now at 6 weeks postop. Note improvement in skin color tones and texture and smoother facial contours.
