This female patient has undergone corrective septorhinoplasty for improvement in her crooked nose, her nasal tip and septal deviation causing breathing problems. This was performed via an endonasal or closed approach procedure. Corrective maneuvers performed included; the reduction of her dorsal convexity, the creation of autospreader flaps and placement of a left spreader graft derived from septal cartilage. She also had subsequent chin augmentation.
